Doesnt work

I have an iPad 3, and when I click on the game I get the main screen but the image is not resized. Only a part of the image shows, the Play ticket is halfway off the left side of the screen, and none of the tickets work. Not Play, Options, or Help. They arent clickable.

Am I the only one with this problem?
